Proposed East Lancashire Road (A580) Service Road Between House Numbers 199 to 265

Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council proposes to construct Road Humps in the lengths of road specified in the Schedule below. If no objections are received, Road Humps will be constructed on the lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule below after 15 March 2024.

A copy of the proposals and plans will be available for inspection at Swinton Gateway, 100 Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 6BP, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Alternatively, copies of the documentation may be requested via the email phlegal@manchester.gov.uk or the postal addresses below. If you wish to object to the proposed Orders you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to Fiona Ledden, City Solicitor: PO Box 532, Town Hall, Manchester, M60 2LA, or phlegal@manchester.gov.uk by 15 March 2024 quoting reference GS/SCC006/1136

Schedule

4 Round Top Humps with tapered ends, no greater than 75mm high, 3.7 metres in length at the following locations – The mid-points of the road humps will be located as follows:

  • 23 metres south east from the south eastern extended kerbline of West Meade
  • 30 metres south east from the south eastern extended kerbline of Enfield Road
  • 83 metres south east from the south eastern extended kerbline of Enfield Road
  • 144 metres south east from the south eastern extended kerbline of Enfield Road
