Prohibition of Waiting, Limited Waiting Parking Place and Disabled Persons Limited Waiting Parking Place Order 2016 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council proposes to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to introduce
Proposed no waiting at any time:
North west side from its junction with the north east kerbline of Church Road for a distance of 20 meters in a north easterly direction. South east side from its junction with the eastern kerbline of Church Road for a distance of 40 metres in a north easterly direction.
Limited waiting parking places. Waiting limited to 20 minutes, no return within 40 minutes:
From a point 22.4 metres north east of its junction with the north eastern kerbline of Church Road for a distance of 7.2 metres in a northerly direction.
Disabled persons limited waiting parking place. Waiting limited to 20 minutes, no return within 40 minutes:
From a point 29.6 metres north of its junction with the north eastern kerbline of Church Road for a distance of 4.8 metres in a northerly direction.
A copy of the proposed order, a plan of the area and statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Fridays.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing by 10 November 2016 (quoting ref GS/OUT1093/399).
