Helmclough Way and Longwall Avenue

Prohibition of waiting order 2016

Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council proposes to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order will be to introduce no waiting at any time on:

Helmclough Way

Both sides, from Longwall Avenue for 13 metres in a northerly direction.

Longwall Avenue

North side from the centre of the junction with Helmclough Way 13 metres west and from the centre of the junction with Helmclough Way 13 metres east.

The order will contain exceptions to permit waiting for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.

A copy of the proposed order together with a plan and statement of the councils reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 8.30am and 5.00pm from Monday to Friday inclusive.
