Kilcoby Avenue

Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council proposes to make the following order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the order will be to introduce:

No Waiting at any Time

Kilcoby Avenue

  • West side, from northern extended kerbline of Agecroft Road for a distance of 48 metres in a northerly direction.
  • East side, from northern extended kerbline of Agecroft Road for a distance of 27 metres in a northerly direction.
  • West side, from northern extended kerbline of Agecroft Road roundabout for a distance of 47 metres in northerly then westerly direction.
  • East side, from northern extended kerbline of Agecroft Road roundabout for a distance of 58 metres in a northerly then westerly direction.

20mph zone and revocation  

To introduce a 20mph speed limit on the entire lengths of the following roads:

  • Kilcoby Avenue
  • Redmoss Row
  • Lock Keepers Mews
  • Bolbury Crescent
  • Wet Earth Green
  • Hoggs Bridge Close
  • Top Gate Brow
  • Tillerman Close
  • Roving Bridge Rise
  • Appleyard Close
  • Giants Seat Grow

Existing orders will be amended so as to be consistent with proposals.

A copy of the proposed order together with the plan and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 8.30am and 5pm from Monday to Friday. 

If you wish to object to the proposed order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing by 7 September 2018 (quoting ref L/TG/OUT1093/655).
