Marlborough Road, Dudley Street and Baydon Avenue, Broughton

Prohibition of waiting order 2017

Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council proposes to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order will be to introduce no waiting at any time on:

Dudley Street

  • North side: from a point 10 metres north west of its junction with the westerly projected kerbline of Marlborough Road in south easterly direction, to a point 10 metres south east of its junction with the easterly kerbline of Marlborough Road.
  • South side: from a point 15 metres north west of its junction with the westerly kerbline of Baydon Avenue in an easterly direction to a point 10 metres east of its junction with the easterly kerbline of Baydon Avenue.

Marlborough Road

  • Both sides: from its junction with the northerly kerbline of Dudley Street, for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction.

Baydon Avenue 

  • Both sides: from its junction with the southerly kerbline of Dudley Street, for a distance of 6.5 metres in a southerly direction.

A copy of the proposed order together with a plan and statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 8.30am and 5pm from Monday to Friday.
