Pendleton Phase 03

Salford City Council proposes to make the following order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

City of Salford (Pendleton Phase 3, Pendleton and Charlestown, Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2024

Under The effect of the proposed Order will be to introduce the following provisions:

No Waiting at Any Time on:

Liverpool Street

• South from a point 15m east of the eastern extended kerb line of Amersham Street to a point 15m west of the western extended kerbline of Amersham Street.

Amersham Street

• Both sides from the extended southern kerbline of Liverpool Street in a southerly direction for 15m
• West from a point 15m north of the extended northern kerbline of Woolton Close to a point 8m south west of the western extended kerbline of Woolton Close
• South east from a point 7m north east of the north eastern extended kerb line of Weavers Way to a point 7m south west of the SW extended kerbline of Weavers Way
• South east from a point 8m north east of the north eastern extended kerb line of Finery Street to a point 10m south west of the south western extended kerbline of Finery Street

Woolton Close

• Both sides from the extended north western kerbline of Amersham Street in a north westerly direction for 10m

Weavers Way

• Both sides from the extended south east kerbline of Amersham Street in a south eastern direction for 7m.
• South west from the extended north west kerbline of Buckingham Street in a north westerly direction for 7m, and Weavers Way
• North from the extended north western kerbline of Buckingham Street in a north westerly direction for 8m.

Finery Street

• Both sides from the extended south eastern kerbline of Amersham Street in a south easterly direction for 10 m
• South west from the extended western kerbline of Buckingham Street in a north westerly direction for 12m
• North east from the extended north west kerbline of Buckingham Street in a north westerly direction for 5m

Amersham Street and Hodge Lane

• West and south from a point 55m south and then east of the south extended kerbline of Finery Street in a south easterly direction for 25m
• East and north from a point 55m south and then east of the south eastern kerbline of Finery Street in south easterly direction for 17m

Buckingham Street and Hodge Lane

• East and south from a point 45m south and then west of the south extended kerbline of Finery Street in a south western direction for 24m
• West and north from a point 45m south and then west of the south extended kerbline of Finery Street in south westerly direction for 12m

Buckingham Street

• West from a point 10m south of the south extended kerb line of Finery Street to a point 5m north east of the north extended kerbline of Finery Street
• North west from a point 10m south west of the south west extended kerbline of Weavers Way to a point 7m north east of the north east extended kerbline of Weavers Way

Existing orders are to be amended so as to be consistent with the proposals.
