Worrall Street

Salford City Council proposes to make the following order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984: 

City of Salford (Worral Street, The Quays), Prohibition of Waiting, Loading Parking Places and Amendment) Order 2024 

The effect of the proposed Order will be to introduce the following provisions:

No Waiting at Any Time on:

Worrall Street

  • North west side, from the south west projected kerbline of Everard Street, for a distance of 70.5m in a south west direction
  • West and then east side, from a point 82.5m south west from the south west projected kerbline of Everard Street, to its junction with Ordsall Lane.
  • South east side, from the south west projected kerbline Everard Street, for a distance of 124m in a south westerly direction.
  • South east and then west side, from a point 136m south west from the south west projected kerbline of Everard Street, to its junction with Ordsall Lane.

Goods Vehicle Loading Parking Place width 2.7m Monday to Sunday, 24 hours on:

Worrall Street

  • North west side, from a point 70.5m south west from the south westerly projected kerbline of Everard Street, for a distance of 12 meters in a south westerly direction
  • South east side, from a point 124m south west from the south westerly projected kerbline of Everard Street, for a distance of 12 meters in a south westerly direction.

Existing Orders are to be amended so as to be consistent with the proposals.
