PFI Project Team

The PFI Project team at the council is responsible for setting the bidder’s instructions for each phase of procurement and evaluating the bid submission. The PFI Project team works with the bidders to develop the contract documents. The team also facilitates the wider regeneration of Pendleton. The council is responsible for developing the project, appointing the contractor and delivering the Pendleton PFI scheme.
