Selective Licensing Consultation

Further to the successful implementation of Selective Licensing in the Seedley and Langworthy Regeneration area and part of Broughton, the Landlord Licensing team have since gained approval from the Lead Member for Housing to designate four pocket areas within Charlestown and Lower Kersal a Selective Licensing area. This scheme came into force on 1 January 2011.

Please find below a list of the Licensable Streets along with a map of the designated area.
