Residential Development and Land Supply Report 2007/08
The Residential Development and Land Supply Report (2007/8) is used to inform the development of the city's Local Area Development Framework and submission of Salford's Housing flows return, It provides detailed information on the following issues:
- Additions to the housing stock
- Reductions to the housing stock
- Net change to the housing stock
- Past Development Trends
- Current housing land resource
This report primarily relates to the period 1 April 2007 to 31 March 2008, with supporting trend information back to 1 April 1997.
