Claremont and Weaste

Section 106 Agreements made within Claremont and Weaste since April 2000 have resulted in contributions of over £285,000* being used to deliver a number of improvements within the vicinity of the developments that provided them.
Project: Buile Hill Park Outdoor Gym
Section 106 contributions from a residential development close to Buile Hill Park have enabled a new outdoor gym to be installed at the park. The outdoor gym will help improve community health and fitness, and encourage outdoor activity.
The table below shows what improvements have or will be delivered from Section 106 contributions received since April 2000.

(Figures for implementation and management of Residents Parking Scheme are not included as scheme).
Please note: some developments can affect the wider community, so contributions from Section 106 Agreements can be used to deliver improvements to facilities that are located some distance away from the development, such as a local town centre or major road corridor.
