Walkden and Little Hulton

Locally Equipped Area of Play (LEAP)

Section 106 Agreements made within Walkden and Little Hulton since April 2000 have resulted in contributions of over £730,000 * being used to deliver a number of improvements within the vicinity of the developments that provided them.

Project: Locally Equipped Area of Play (LEAP)

It had been highlighted within the council's Greenspace Strategy that Oakwood Recreation Ground required a Locally Equipped Area of Play as provision for play in the area could be enhanced further.
