Prohibition of waiting: Fairhope Avenue and Fairleigh Avenue, Salford Order 2010
Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford propose to make an order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
When the order comes into effect you will not be allowed to cause or permit any vehicle to wait at any time on the length of road specified in the schedule below.
The order will contain exceptions to permit waiting for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
A copy of the proposed order together with a plan of the area and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at the Legal Section, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday inclusive.
If you wish to object to the proposed order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to the Director of Engineering, C/o Traffic Management and Control, 4th Floor, Emerson House, Albert Street, Eccles, M30 0TE by the 9 August 2010. (quoting reference TRO/1559 - L/HLW/RTO/UV/490)

Introduction of no waiting at any time:
- Fairleigh Avenue, Salford, both sides, from its junction with Fairhope Avenue, in a northeasterly direction, for a distance of 30 metres.
- Fairhope Avenue, Salford, north east side, from its junction with Fairleigh Avenue, in a southeasterly direction, for a distance of 32 metres.
- Fairhope Avenue, Salford, north east side, from its junction with Fairleigh Avenue, in a northwesterly direction, for a distance of 21 metres.
