Limited waiting and no waiting at any time: Montford Street, Salford Order 2010
Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford propose to make an order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
When the order comes into effect you will not be allowed to cause or permit any vehicle to wait at any time or for a limited period on the length of roads specified in the schedule below.
The order will contain exceptions to permit waiting for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
A copy of the proposed order together with a plan of the area and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at the Legal Section, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday inclusive.
If you wish to object to the proposed order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to the Assistant Director of Legal Services, The Litigation Team, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA by the 9 August 2010 (quoting reference CW/RTO/UV/489).

Introduction of no waiting at any time:
- Montford Street, north side, from a point 15 metres west of its junction with Thurlow Street, in a westerly direction, for a distance of 45 metres.
- Montford Street, south side, from a point 15 metres east of its junction with Olympic Court, in an easterly direction for a distance of 36 metres.
No waiting Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm:
- Montford Street, south side, from point 51 metres east of its junction with Olympic Court, in an easterly direction, for a distance of 50 metres, to join existing restrictions.
