Core strategy pre-publication changes

The city council reviewed the contents of the draft core strategy in light of the government's proposed changes to the planning system, ongoing updates to its evidence base and the comments received on the document. Having regard to these issues, the city council suggested some amendments to its proposed approach on certain issues.

These changes are set out in the core strategy pre-publication changes report, which was subject to consultation between 20 June and 1 August 2011. The core strategy pre-publication changes report and accompanying documents are also available to download at the foot of this page.
