Property Management Group

The Property Management Group is responsible for the effective management of client’s commercial property assets, and currently manages land and property producing a revenue income stream of around £3.9m per annum.

The group also handle all rating work on behalf of Salford City Council and Greater Manchester Police Authority (GMPA), which has resulted in savings in excess of £1.5m over the last five years for GMPA.

The capital receipts team deal with non right-to-buy disposals and have a 2007/08 target figure of circa £31m. The team is particularly skilled in preparing detailed disposal briefs to meet client’s specific requirements, engaging as necessary with appropriate Housing and Planning Directorate colleagues.
