Revocation of Disabled Parking Places: Dean Road/Springfield Lane, Salford 3 Order 2010
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the city of Salford propose to make the abovementioned order under Sections 1, 2 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
When the order comes into effect the ‘City of Salford (Dean Road and Springfield Lane, Salford) (Revocation of Street Parking Places Order & Introduction of Disabled Persons Parking Places) Order 1999 (TRO 1039) will be amended as detailed in the schedule below.
A copy of the proposed order together with a plan of the area and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday inclusive.
If you wish to object to the proposed order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to the Director of Engineering, Traffic Management and Control 4th Floor, Emerson House, Albert Street, Eccles M30 0TE by 6 September 2010. (quoting reference TRO/1586/PP/UV/517)
Schedule
The schedule of the City of Salford (Dean Road and Springfield Lane, Salford) (Revocation of Street Parking Places Order & Introduction of Disabled Persons Parking Places) Order 1999 (TRO 1039) that refers to the introduction of disabled parking places for orange badge holders only three spaces on Springfield Lane, west side between Dean Road and Reservoir Street will be revoked.
