Resident permit holder only parking: Fire Station Square, Salford Order 2009

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford propose to make an order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and by virtue of the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (City of Salford) Order 2001 (Statutory Instrument 2001 no. 894).

When the order comes into effect you will not be allowed to cause or permit any vehicle, except a vehicle displaying a resident's parking permit, to wait between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm on the length of road specified in the schedule below.

A copy of the proposed order together with a plan of the area and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at the Legal Section, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA, between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday inclusive.

If you wish to object to the proposed order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to the City Solicitor, c/o The Litigation Team, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA by 7 December 2009. (quoting reference L/LH/UV/RTO/356)
