Construction of road hump notice 2010
Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford in exercise of its powers under Sections 90(A) and 90(C) and 90(D) of the Highways Act 1980 and the Highways (Road Humps) Regulations 1999 propose to construct road humps in the lengths of road specified in the schedule below.
A copy of the plan of the area and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to introduce the provisions may be examined at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA between 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday inclusive.
If you wish to object to object to the proposal you should send the grounds of your objections in writing to the Director of Engineering, Traffic Management and Control, 4th Floor, Emerson House, Albert Street, Eccles M30 0TE by the 6 September 2010. (quoting reference TCM 10-2/H/PP/UV/525)

- Kilcoby Avenue at the junction of Bolbury Crescent, Swinton
- Bolbury Crescent at the junction of Wet Earth Green, Swinton
Introduction of road humps, full width of carriageway and not exceeding 100mm in height:
- Kilcoby Avenue, Swinton - 4 sets
- Bolbury Crescent, Swinton - 1 set
- Wet Earth Green, Swinton - 3 sets
