Revocation of prohibition of waiting: Grange Drive, Monton Order 2010

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford propose to make an order under Sections 1, 2, 4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

When the order comes into effect the Greater Manchester County (Monton Green Area, Eccles)(Prohibition of Waiting) (County) Order 1976 (Amendment) (County) Order 1977 will be revoked in so far as it relates to the schedule below.

A copy of the proposed order together with a plan of the area and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday inclusive.

If you wish to object to the proposed order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to the Director of Engineering, Traffic Management and Control, 4th Floor, Emerson House, Albert Street, Eccles, M30 0TE, by the 11 October 2010. (quoting reference TRO 1601)

Schedule

Revocation of the following section of highway:-

Grange Drive, both sides, from a point 39 metres southeast of its junction with Monton Green for a distance of 66 metres.
Grange Drive, northwest side, from a point 42 metres southwest of the south western kerbline of Park Drive in a south westerly direction for a distance of 5 metres.
