Revocation of prohibition of waiting: James Street, Salford Order 2010
Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford propose to make an order under Sections 1, 2, 4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
When the order comes into effect The Greater Manchester County (James Street, Salford 3) (Prohibition of Waiting) (City) Order 1978 will be revoked in so far as it relates to the schedule below.
A copy of the proposed order together with a plan of the area and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday inclusive.
If you wish to object to the proposed order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to the Director of Engineering, Traffic Management and Control, 4th Floor, Emerson House, Albert Street, Eccles, M30 0TE by the 12 July 2010 (quoting reference TRO1546).

Revocation of prohibition of waiting:
- James Street, Salford, south side, from a point 15 metres west of its junction with George Street for a distance of 25 metres in a westerly direction.
