Advanced Motorists - A Skill for Life

Advanced Motorists

Salford and Manchester Insitute of Advanced Motorists run three Skill for Life courses per year commencing in January, May and September.

The aims and objectives of the IAM are simple:

  • To improve the standard of driving (and riding) on the UK roads
  • The advancement of road safety
  • The administration of an advanced test

If you want to become a better driver, a safer driver, a more considerate road user and possibly reduce your insurance premiums, then visit the Salford and Manchester Insitute of Advanced Motorists website to discover just how little it would cost to become an advanced motorist and aquire a "Skill for Life".

The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) also carry out advanced training within Greater Manchester. See the link on the right for more details.
