Salford Garden Party

Thank you to everyone who joined us at this year's Garden Party - see you next year!
Saturday 6 September 2008 saw the second Salford Garden Party, which managed to be even bigger and better than the previous year's.
The fun and activities included children's entertainers, live music and dancing, birds of prey and police dogs (back by popular acclaim), games, art, and poetry.
By far the most popular activity was the Hot Dogs competition, with categories including prettiest pooch and waggiest tail. See some of the winners in the Garden Party Gallery.
.
A big "thank you" to those people who filled in their feedback forms and told us what they thought of the event. Tina Berry of Swinton won £50 of High Street vouchers when her form was pulled out of the hat. Congratulations Tina, and have fun shopping!
