Succession planning training course

Finding, developing and keeping a great headteacher is an important issue for all governing bodies. This session, delivered by Richard Dodd (Excellence in Cities Development Manager) and Dave Eccles (Head of Governance), will introduce governors to the National College for School Leadership (NCSL) succession planning toolkit and is a great opportunity to explore what your governing body needs to do to address this issue.
