Salford Care Training Partnership

The Salford Care Training Partnership is made up of a wide range of provider organisations in homecare, residential care, voluntary and third sector organisations.

City council Organisational Development and Training staff co-ordinate the activity of the partnership, working with Skills for Care to access funding opportunities and commission training. The partnership are able to secure economies of scale including e-learning programmes and so enable access to low cost training.

Staff keep a keen eye on national initiatives and respond where possible through special projects.
