Development opportunities

Land assembly is creating attractive sites for developers. The Partnership has purchased over 1000 houses and a number of retail / commercial properties.

Three exciting development opportunities that the area offers (pictured in yellow) are Langworthy South East and two sites along the Fitzwarren Street corridor.

Langworthy South East is a key site fronting the main corridor of Liverpool Street. The area offers nine acres of land. The Partnership is looking for innovative family housing solutions for this site.

The two sites fronting Fitzwarren Street and Highfield Road are over 0.95 acres each and offer great opportunities for the right developer.
