Private housing block improvements

New life has been breathed into whole neighbourhoods through a £6.5 million block improvement scheme, which has seen almost 684 homes benefiting from high quality refurbishments. This has lead to an improved quality of life for residents and an increase in the housing market.

The scheme included:

  • re-roofing
  • re-building chimneys
  • cleaning brickwork
  • new uPVC doubled glazed windows
  • new doors

  • Keswick Grove
  • Langworthy Road
  • Spring Gardens
  • Osborne Street

Seedley West

  • Goulden Street
  • Langton Street
  • Seedley Park Road

West of Seedley Park Road

  • Annie Street
  • Derby Road
  • Deyne Street
  • Lyndhurst Street
  • Orrel Street
  • Seedley Park Road
  • Seedley View Road
  • Wychbury Street
  • Wythburn Street
