Short breaks

Short breaks (sometimes called respite care) can give you and your carer a break from each other. If you are eligible for social care support, you can include short breaks in your support plan.

If we are arranging support for you, we may be able to arrange short breaks as part of your support.

You will have to pay something towards the cost of your short break.
