Performance
Our performance is measured by the Adult Social Care Outcomes Framework which is made up of four areas (called Domains).
- Enhancing quality of life for people with care and support needs
- Delaying and reducing the need for care and support
- Ensuring that people have a positive experience of care and support
- Safeguarding adults whose circumstances make them vulnerable and protecting against avoidable harm
This framework ‘sits alongside' the NHS and Public Health Outcomes Framework.
The directorate Business Plan sets out what we will do both to contribute to the council's corporate priorities and to deliver the directorate's own service aims and objectives.
