Sub-groups
To enable SSCB to meet its responsibilities and respond to the complexities and demands of work, specific areas of work are delegated to subgroups. Sub-groups can be created to focus on a specific time limited piece of work or address an identified problem or they can be permanent groups. The work of the subgroups is important in facilitating the sharing of information and ideas within and between agencies involved in ‘safeguarding’.
