Temporary footbridge closure: Broad Street, Salford Order 2010

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to implement a temporary footbridge closure on the (A6) Broad Street footbridge, Salford.

The order is required to enable essential bridge repairs due to a vehicle collision and will commence on 13 April 2010 for a period of six months until 13 October 2010. An alternative crossing point will be signed locally.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours. (Ref L/RC/KH/UV/RTT/467).
