Temporary footpath closure: Worsley definitive footpath 133 Order 2009

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be the temporary closure of Worsley definitive footpath 133.

The order is required to facilitate utilities maintenance on clean water ring mains and will commence on Monday 11 January 2010 for a period of three months until 11 April 2010.

The alternative route will be via Brougham Street, Tynesbank and Worsley definitive footpath 166.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours. (Ref H/LH/UV/RTT/396).
