Temporary Footpath and Road Closures: Various Roads and Footpaths, Salford Order 2007

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily close the footpaths/roads in the schedule below.

The order is required to allow site preparation prior to the construction of a new development and will commence on 17 September 2007 for a period of six months until 17 March 2008.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours.  (Ref H/RC/RTT/PD/02828).

  • Un-named road connecting Moss Street and Muriel Street (marked A on the plan attached to the order)
  • Passageway connecting Muriel Street and Lucy Street (marked B on the plan attached to the order)
  • Passageway to the rear of 1-19 Moss Street, Salford
  • Passageway to the rear of 1-21 Muriel Street, Salford
  • Footpath running between Great Clowes Street and Lucy Street (marked C on the plan attached to the order)
  • Footpath running between Lucy Street and Camp Street (marked D on the plan attached to the order)
