Highways Act 1990 - Section 116 and Twelfth Schedule

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford in exercise of the powers conferred on them, intend to apply to the Magistrates' Court at Bexley Square, Salford on Tuesday 31 July 2007 at 1.45 p.m. for an order pursuant to Section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 authorising the stopping up of part of highways at Bradshaw Street North and Vincent Street, together with surrounding passages:

  • Part of Bradshaw Street North
  • Part of Vincent Street
  • Passageway adjacent to 72 Bradshaw Street North
  • Rear and side passageways between Bradshaw Street North and Rigby Street

The effect of the proposed order is shown on the plan which may be inspected free of charge at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford during normal office hours (Ref. H/LH/SM/PD/STC/2697)
