Temporary One Way: Great Clowes Street, Salford Order 2005

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary one way system as detailed in the schedule below.

The order is required to facilitate the construction of a new storm overflow sewer chamber and connections into the main sewer beneath Great Clowes Street and will commence on Monday 31 October 2005 for a period of three months until 31 January 2006.  

Diversion for North bound traffic on Great Clowes Street will be via Lower Broughton Road - Sussex Street.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours.  (Ref H/PP/SM/C/PD/RTT/01948).
