Temporary Prohibition of Driving: Lumns Lane and Agecroft Road, Salford Order 2005

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit driving on the following roads:

Vehicular traffic will be prohibited from a section of Lumns Lane starting at its junction with Agecroft Road for a distance of 220 metres.

The order is required to allow the construction of sewer system for a new housing development on Lumns Lane and will commence on 12 September 2005 for a period of 12 weeks until 5 December 2005. The alternative route for vehicles will be signposted locally.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford M27 5DA during normal working hours. (Ref H/IA/RTT/PD/1876).
