Temporary prohibition of driving: Hilton Lane, Little Hulton Order 2010

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit driving on Hilton Lane, Little Hulton for its entire length.

The order is required to enable construction of traffic calming measures within the highway and will commence on 21 June 2010 for a period of six months. The alternative route for vehicles will be via Manchester Road (A6), Moorside Road, East Lancashire Road (A580), Newearth Road. Access for residents to be maintained where possible.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours. (Ref H/LH/SM/UV/RTT/471).
