Temporary prohibition of driving: Oldfield Road, Salford Order 2010
Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit driving on A5066 Oldfield Road at its junction with A57 Regent Road.
The order is required to enable contractors to carry out ducting works within the highway and will commence on 5 June 2010 over the following weekend periods until 14 June 2010.
- Saturday and Sunday 5/6 June 2010.
- Saturday and Sunday 12/13 June 2010.
The alternative route for vehicles will be via B5461 Ordsall Lane and A57 Regent Road. Access for residents and businesses to be maintained where possible.
Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours. (Ref H/L/HLW/RTT/UV/487).
