Temporary prohibition of waiting: Station Road, Irlam Order 2009
Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of waiting at any time on the highway specified in the schedule below.
The order is required to enable safe access to and from the site for demolition of the old school and the erection of a new school.
The order will come into operation on 1 January 2010 and will remain in operation for a period of 24 months or for as long as the work takes, whichever is shorter.
Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours. (Ref L/RC/UV/RTT/385).
Schedule
Temporary prohibition of waiting at any time:
- Station Road, Irlam, north side from a point 15 metres west of its junction with Liverpool Road for a distance of 135 metres in a westerly direction.
- Station Road, Irlam, south side from a point 15 metres west of its junction with Liverpool Road for a distance of 179 metres in a westerly direction.
