Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Temporary Revocation of Prohibition of Driving: Clarence Street, Carter Street and Moss Street, Salford 7 Order 2007
Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit driving in accordance with schedule below.
When the order comes into effect The City of Salford (Clarence Street, Salford 7)(Prohibition of Driving) Order 1987 Amendment Order 1999 will be temporarily revoked.
The order is required to enable the installation of a site drainage system and the replacement of sewers and new highway layout for the new Lower Broughton housing development phase one and will commence on 26 March 2007 for a period of four months until 26 July 2007. The alternative route for vehicles for access to Joynson Avenue will be via the western end of Clarence Street – Lower Broughton Road junction.

- Clarence Street, Salford 7, from its junction with Coburg Avenue to its junction with Joynson Avenue.
- Carter Street, Salford 7, from Moss Street for a distance of 35 metres in a northerly direction.
- Moss Street, Salford 7, from it’s junction with Carter Street to its junction with Alban Street
