Road Hump Scheme: Colman Gardens Area, Ordsall Order 2007

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford propose to make an order under Sections 90(A) and 90(C) and 90(D) of the Highways Act 1980 and the Highways (Road Humps) Regulations 1999.

When the order comes into effect junction plateaux and a flat top plateau will be placed in the length of road specified in the schedule below.

A copy of the proposed order, together with a plan of the area and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order, may be examined at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA, between 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive.
