Temporary footpath closure: Definitive Footpath 164 Worsley Order 2009

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be the temporary closure of the definitive footpath Worsley 164 for its entire length.

The order is required to enable construction of the Roe Green Loop Line Cycleway Phase 3, Monton and will commence on 4 April 2009 for a period of three months until 4 July 2009. The diversion route will be via definitive footpath Eccles 24.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours. (Ref H/LH/UV/RTT/249).
