Temporary footpath closure 36 and 37, Order 2009

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily close footpaths 36 and 37 as detailed in the schedule below.

The order is required to facilitate the construction of a water link main and will commence on 22 June 2009 for a period of six months until 22 December 2009.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours. (Ref H/RB/RTT/UV/292).
