Introduction of limited waiting: Earlesdon Crescent Little Hulton Order 2009
Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford propose to make an order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
When the order comes into effect you will only be allowed to cause or permit any vehicle to wait on the length of road specified in the schedule below for a period of 20 minutes with no return within 40 minutes.
The order will contain exceptions to permit waiting for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
A copy of the proposed order together with a plan of the area and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at the Legal Section, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA, between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday inclusive.
If you wish to object to the proposed order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to the City Solicitor c/o. The Litigation Team, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA by 31 August 2009 (quoting reference L/RB/SM/RTO/UV/318).

Introduction of limited waiting 20 minutes no return within 40 minutes:
- Lay-by at Earlesdon Crescent, south west side, from a point 92 metres south west of the south western kerbline at Amblecote Drive West in a north westerly direction for a distance of 27 metres.
