Temporary Road Closure: Service road to the rear of Eccles Library, Order 2006

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily close the service road to the rear of Eccles Library for its entire length from Barton Lane.

The order is required to enable the demolition of the Eccles Library extension and Property No. 11 Corporation Road and will commence on 29 May 2006 for a period of four months until 29 September 2006. Access to the Health Centre Car Park, currently off the service road, is to be from Corporation Road during the period of the closure.

Plans showing the areas affected by the proposed order may be inspected at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA during normal office hours (Ref H/RC/RTT/PD/02227).
