Highways Act 1980 Section 116 and Twelfth Schedule: Footpaths at Eccles Library
Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford in exercise of the powers conferred on them, intend to apply to the Magistrates' Court at Bexley Square, Salford, on 20 July 2006 at 9.45 a.m. for an order authorising the stopping up of the footpaths detailed in the schedule below.
