Revocation of prohibition of waiting: Eccles Old Road/Stott Lane/Lancaster Road Order 2009

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford propose to make an order under Sections 1, 2, 4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

When the order comes into effect the Greater Manchester County (City of Salford) (Eccles Old Road/Stott Lane/Lancaster Road, Salford) (Prohibition of Waiting) (County) Order 1973 (Amendment) (County) Order 1976 will be revoked.

A copy of the proposed order together with a plan of the area and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the order may be examined at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA, between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday inclusive.

If you wish to object to the proposed order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to the City Solicitor, c/o. The Litigation Team, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5DA by 1 October 2009 (quoting reference L/ME/UV/RTO/339).
