Highways Act 1980 - Section 116 and Twelfth Schedule: Fereday Street, Walkden

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford in exercise of the powers conferred on them, intend to apply to the Magistrates' Court at Bexley Square, Salford, on Thursday 2 November 2006 at 9.45 a.m. for an order pursuant to Section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 authorising the stopping up of part of Fereday Street, Walkden.  A total closure of 502 square metres.

The effect of the proposed order is shown on the plan(s) which may be inspected free of charge at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford during normal office hours (Ref. H/RC/STC/PD/02331)
