Field Street Area, Salford Highways Act 1980 & Section 116 and Twelfth Schedule

Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford in exercise of the powers conferred on them, intend to apply to the Magistrates' Court at Bexley Square, Salford on Thursday, 19th May 2005 at 9.45 a.m. for the following orders pursuant to Section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 authorising the stopping up of

  • Passageway to the rear of 1-47 Fir Street, 19 Jubilee Street and 20 Field Street, Salford. Area of approximately 319.4 square metres
  • Passageway to the rear of 1-47 Laburnum Street, 15 Jubilee Street and 16 Field Street, Salford. Area of approximately 316.9 square metres
  • Passageway to the rear of 1-47 Ash Street, 11 Jubilee Street and 12 Field Street, Salford. Area of approximately 301.9 square metres
  • Passageway to the rear of 1-47 Reservoir Street, 7 Jubilee Street and 8 Field Street, Salford. Area of approximately 334 square metres
  • Passageway to the rear of 49-79 Fir Street, 19 Field Street and 20 Wall Street, Salford. Area of approximately 221.9 square metres
  • Passageway to the rear of 49-79 Laburnum Street, 15 Field Street and 16 Wall Street, Salford. Area of approximately 216.7 square metres
  • Passageway to the rear of 49-79 Ash Street, 11 Field Street and 12 Wall Street, Salford. Area of approximately 228.2 square metres
  • Passageway to the rear of 49-77 Reservoir Street, 7 Field Street and 8 Wall Street, Salford. Area of approximately 186.2 square metres

The effect of the proposed order(s) are shown on the plan(s) which may be inspected free of charge at the Legal Section, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford during normal office hours (Ref. H/JLW/PD/STC/1588)
