Temporary Footpath Closures: Various Definitive Footpaths, Salford Order 2006
Notice is hereby given that the council of the city of Salford intend in not less than seven days to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily close the following footpaths:
- Definitive Footpath Tyldesley No 53
- Definitive Footpath Tyldesley No 54
- Definitive Footpath Tyldesley No 84
- Definitive Footpath Tyldesley No 85
- Definitive Footpath Tyldesley No 152
- Definitive Footpath Tyldesley No 82
- Definitive Footpath Tyldesley No 153
- Definitive Footpath Tyldesley No 151
The order is required to enable UK Coal to access the Cutacre Coal Site to start extraction and will commence on 12 June 2006 for a period of six months until 12 June December 2006. The alternative route will be signed locally.
